Is Airfare included in the tours?

Airfare varies depending on trip. Please contact us for this information

Terms of Payment:

50% of the total amount due at the time of booking and the total amount will be due 45 days prior to date of departure.

What is your cancellation policy:

  • Non-refundable registration fee $300/ person that is already included in the package unless the trip is cancelled by our office due to low numbers of registrations

  • 90 days prior to departure is a 20% cancellation fee

  • 60 days prior to departure is a 30% cancellation fee

  • 30 days prior to departure is a 50% cancellation fee

  • 20 days or less prior to departure is 100% cancellation fee

How to prepare for the trip:

  • Make sure your passport will be valid 6 months from return date

  • Make sure you have the appropriate visas for the countries you will be visiting (if unsure, contact us)

  • Be sure to provide travel PCR tests if needed

  • Be sure to bring tips for our guides (~$10/day)
